Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Float Medical-Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse in Tennessee. The RN will coordinate care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plans, medication administration, documentation, education, and equipment maintenance to ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes patient rounding to maximize satisfaction, knowledge of developmental needs, service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year med/surg experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Pursue and complete Med-Surg certification within 1 year from date of hire.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Float Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurseis responsible forcollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limitedto:assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.
