Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Float to join our Green Bay area clinics. The RN will triage calls, assess needs, and provide direct patient care across multiple sites, delivering safe, patient-centered nursing.

The role involves supporting physicians and advanced providers, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting. The RN will perform rooming, vitals, immunizations, medications, and procedural support, while maintaining thorough EMR documentation

Formación

• Active Wisconsin RN license required at hire.
• BSN preferred for advancement.
• Experience in primary care settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and triage calls with clinical judgment.
• Provide rooming, vitals, vaccinations, and support procedures.
• Coordinate care plans and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
