Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations.
• Delivers a full range of nursing services including rooming, vitals, meds, vaccines, and procedures.
• Responds to patient questions and concerns via calls, messages, and visits with education and next steps.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and adheres to standards and privacy rules.
• Collaborates with physicians and team members to support coordinated workflows and efficient clinic operations.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and support care coordination and continuity of care.
