Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine in the Green Bay area. This 36-hour-per-week role supports multiple locations and offers full-time benefits, with opportunities to collaborate with physicians and advanced practitioners across clinics.

You will perform patient assessments, deliver direct care, triage calls, administer vaccines and medications, and document in the EMR. Wisconsin RN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program is required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations.
• Provide direct nursing care including rooming patients, vitals, medications, vaccines, and procedures.
• Triage patient calls, educate, coordinate care, and arrange referrals.
• Maintain high-quality EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to support clinic operations and patient flow.
