Prevea Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Float in Green Bay to provide patient-centered care across clinics. This role includes triaging calls, assessing needs, and facilitating appointments with physicians and advanced providers.

You may deliver hands-on care as needed and will work within the Wisconsin Board of Nursing scope to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This position supports multiple locations in the Green Bay area.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin license.
• Experience in pediatrics or family practice nursing preferred.
• Ability to triage calls and coordinate referrals.

Mansioni

• Perform timely patient assessments across in-person encounters and patient communications.
• Use clinical judgment to identify needs and support care decisions with providers.
• Provide hands-on nursing care including vitals, vaccines, and rooming patients.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns with education and next steps.
