Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or has two years of relevant nursing experience.
• Main area of study in your education should be nursing.
• Two years of experience in nursing is required.
• You need to be a registered nurse.
• BLS certification required or to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient and family needs.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.
• Create a safe environment for patients, families, and staff; support pain management and healing.
• Incorporate diverse patient perspectives into care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and community continuously.
• Evaluate and record learning progress.
• Collaborate with team to implement care plans and delegate tasks as needed.
• Seek professional development opportunities and contribute to community service.
