Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Frisco, Texas is seeking an RN Float to coordinate patient care within our new hospital. You will assess patients, plan personalized care, and delegate interventions to team members according to guidelines and patient needs.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), two years of PCU experience, and RN licensure with BLS; you will support diverse patient populations while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and be a registered nurse.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of starting.
• Main study focus in education should be nursing.

Responsibilities
