Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an RN Float to coordinate patient care within our nursing model. You will assess patients, plan and adjust individualized care, and delegate interventions to team members to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Your clinical expertise will guide care transitions and advocate for patients throughout their stay. You will also educate patients and families, collaborate with colleagues to implement care plans, and seek ongoing professional development while

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or has two years of relevant work experience.
• You must be a registered nurse (RN).
• Have or obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient and family needs.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.
• Create a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Educate patients, families, and community on health topics.
• Evaluate and record learning progress of patients and staff.
