Hunterdon Health in Flemington, NJ seeks a Float Nurse I to provide quality nursing care across medical-surgical units. A BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is required, with NJ RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 6 months, CPI within 6 months, and 1 year med-surg experience.

Cross-training in multiple specialties is expected for patient care excellence. The position is full-time, with Sun–Sat 0700–1930 shifts and rotating weekends/holidays; compensation ranges from $43.50 to $63.25 hourly, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required or enrollment in BSN program within 5 years.
• Current NJ RN licensure and CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire; CPI training within 6 months.
• 1 year med-surg experience; float RN I cross-training across specialties.
• Telemetry experience may be required; ongoing clinical competency.
