All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date.

RN experience preferably acute care experience
Float RN I requires 1 year med surge experience
Preferred:

Current NJ RN licensure
American Heart Association CPR certification

Telemetry Experience Or HMC Class Required
CPI training is required and must be renewed annually
Must obtain CPI certification within 6 months of hire/transfe

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
Must pass annual clinical competency based program and mandated in-service education. Unit specific skills may include but not limited to IV therapy, basic arrhythmia interpretation, conscious sedation, Bi-Pap/CPAP and EndTidal CO2. Skills will be determined by a challenge exam and/or skill performance or by completion of a Staff Development course.
