Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Able to float to two or more units and maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Float to two or more units as needed and maintain competency within assigned areas.
• Direct patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patients' conditions and diagnostic results.
