Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Plan and monitor interventions for each resident.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments timely.
• Transcribe orders and document progress notes accurately.
• Identify and report changes in condition to the supervisor and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation needs with therapists.
