Rae-Ann Suburban Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Westlake, Ohio is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing nursing team. We have full-time, PRN or part-time positions with day or night shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team. This role offers a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Familiar with Point Click Care software.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.
• Leadership ability and cooperation with department heads.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per facility policies and regulations.
• Check rooms to ensure residents' safety and well-being.
• Assess and document observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document health status and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise nursing assistants and train staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and dietitians.
