Pinecrest Health and Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver compassionate care in a busy skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN shifts available, with 7a-7p and 7p-7a options.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan nursing interventions for each resident and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care interventions and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress accurately.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation program with therapists.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed on time.
