Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks an RN to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health with compassionate, person-centered care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining care plans, administering medications, and ensuring documentation is current. A minimum 6 months RN experience and an active license are required; CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitively impaired residents preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families focusing on holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote independence by educating residents and families about conditions and self-care.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and medication administration per orders.
• Coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
