Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop plans of care.
• Establish realistic short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
