Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a leading Cincinnati-area healthcare network in recruiting a Registered Nurse. This role supports patient-centered care across units with opportunity for full-time or part-time shifts.

The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based care while documenting in EMR and collaborating with the care team. BLS and ACLS prerequisites apply; ongoing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop personalized care plans with patients and families to meet goals.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care, educate patients and families, and implement interventions per policies.
