Qualifications

• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Iowa (IA).
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care or geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' health status and develop care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor health conditions, document changes, and communicate with physicians.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
