Job summary

Campbell Street Senior Living in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the health and well-being of residents, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care in a compassionate, collaborative setting.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, coordinate with physicians and dietitians, document care consistently, and participate in audits to maintain high standards of safety and quality for every resident.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or obtained on hire).
• ADN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Supervise nursing staff (CNAs/LPNs) and support teams.
• Communicate with physicians and care team about patient status.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN)

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
