Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, implement care plans, and deliver compassionate nursing care in a supportive facility. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, train staff, and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain high care standards.

You will work closely with physicians, dietitians and social workers to coordinate care and ensure timely updates to families.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the state noted (Iowa in the posting).
• CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs/LPNs) to ensure quality care.
• Educate staff; ensure compliance with facility protocols and standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, social workers and teams for resident care.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and healthcare team about conditions.
