Job summary

Monarch Communities® is seeking an RN to conduct resident assessments, provide direct nursing care, and supervise day-to-day nursing activities for LPNs. The role is PRN with hourly compensation and a focus on delivering high-quality resident care.

The RN will oversee medication administration, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and maintain clinical quality assurance while upholding the company mission and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Lead and demonstrate the company mission in care delivery.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
