Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to assist surgeons intraoperatively and provide perioperative care. The RNFA will apply nursing process pre-, intra-, and postoperatively and ensure patient safety. Must be TX-licensed, with RNFA program completion; CNOR preferred; ACLS/BLS current.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
• Graduate of a recognized RNFA program.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications on hire.
• CNOR preferred or obtained within 6 months.

• Apply nursing process pre-, intra-, and postoperatively.
