Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care across the OR and related areas. You will function as an RN first assistant during operative procedures and as an RN circulator when needed, ensuring patient-family centered care throughout the perioperative continuum.

Required qualifications include graduate nursing education, AORN-RN First Assistant program, and CNOR/BLS certifications, with 2+ years perioperative RN/RNFA

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a school of nursing.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program.
• Two years perioperative RN or RNFA experience; CVOR requires three years as RN or Surgical Tech.
• CNOR certification and BLS certification are required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC multistate license.
• RN First Assistant (CRNFA) and ACLS/PALS may be preferred depending on patient population.

• Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient-family centered care in the OR and perioperative areas.
• Act as RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures throughout the perioperative continuum.
• Occasionally perform the RN circulator role in the OR.
