Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an experienced perioperative RN with RNFA credentials to deliver safe, high-quality patient-family centered care in the OR and perioperative services. The role includes acting as an RN first assistant during operative procedures and as an RN circulator when needed.

Required are RN licensure in Georgia and CNOR/CRNFA along with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; prior CVOR experience is preferred. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program with didactic and clinical components.
• 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience.
• 3 years minimum experience as an RN or Surgical Tech in the CVOR if CVOR work.
• Georgia RN licensure (or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure).
• CNOR certification.
• CRNFA certification.
• BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and perioperative services.
• Functions as an RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures.
• May serve as an RN circulator as needed.
