The ideal candidate holds an RN license, CNOR, and an accredited RNFA program certificate, with 2+ years in perioperative nursing and BLS.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in applicable state with active license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR).

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in general and specialized surgeries with OR team coordination.
• Provide patient care and support; administer medications.
• Scrub and circulate as required; prepare supplies and trays.
• Control bleeding, suturing, draping, tissue handling, and exposure.
• Position patient, monitor vital signs, and educate patient/family on aftercare.
• Perform post-operative assessments and contribute to wound healing monitoring.
• Participate in room turnover and equipment coordination.
