Job summary

Genex Service LLC in College Park, GA is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time hybrid role requires local travel for in-person appointments and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring cost-effective care and timely return to work. RN licensure, CCM/CDMS or similar credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN,...).

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Coordinate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assist with modifications to job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Prioritize workload and manage cases independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
