Position Details: We are currently only considering full-time employees for this role.

Role Overview: We seek experienced Workers Compensation RN Field Case Managers across multiple cities in the country. The role involves facilitating medical treatment and rehabilitation, ensuring timely return to work for injured workers, and acting as a liaison among involved parties. The position requires frequent travel, with a home-based office setup.

Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic, collaborative individuals who are driven to make a positive impact on health and lives of others, with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience as an RN.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advocate for injured workers, supporting their recovery and autonomy through communication, education, and resource coordination.
• Identify suitable providers and facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective care.

Qualifications:

• RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
• Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.
