Qualifications

We are currently considering only full-time employees.

We are seeking experienced Workers Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities nationwide to facilitate medical treatment and rehabilitation, promote timely return to work of injured workers, and act as liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!

Primary Purpose of the Role

Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, acting as a liaison and communication conduit among all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, a home-based office is maintained.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as a patient advocate, supporting and coordinating care for injured workers and their families.
  • Assist injured workers in recovery and independence through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
  • Identify appropriate providers and facilities, ensuring timely, cost-effective use of resources for optimal value.
Education and Licensing

RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

Note: Compensation ranges are influenced by various factors including experience and location. The starting pay range for this role is $78,000-$95,000 quarterly bonus eligibility, with a comprehensive benefits package.
