Qualifications

We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment and rehabilitation, and/or timely return to work of injured workers; acting as a liaison for involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while acting as a liaison and providing communication among all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, you will maintain a home-based office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serving as a patient advocate to support and coordinate care during recovery.
  • Helping injured workers achieve recovery and independence through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
  • Identifying appropriate providers and facilities, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
EDUCATION AND LICENSING:

RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In compliance with applicable laws, Sedgwick provides a salary range for jurisdictions requiring pay transparency. For this role, the starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000, with quarterly bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, PTO, disability, life insurance, EAP, flexible spending, and other voluntary benefits.
