We are seeking experienced Workers Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as liaisons among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while acting as liaisons and communicating among all involved parties. Frequent travel is required, but you will maintain a home-based office.
RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable pay range for jurisdictions requiring transparency. The starting pay range for this role is $78,000-$95,000, with quarterly bonus eligibility. A comprehensive benefits package is included, covering medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
