Responsibilities

• Performs thorough assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide patient care.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Provides care aligned with organizational policies, professional standards, and Baptist Health's mission, vision, and values.
• Evaluates patient responses and adjusts interventions as needed.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, clinical reasoning, organization, and leadership in all aspects of care.
• Utilizes blood-draw skills to support timely lab collection (not a required qualification).
