Baptist Health Louisville is expanding its 30+ bed Observation Unit, supporting the Emergency Department and telemetry. We care for low-acuity patients needing short-term evaluation to determine admission.

This fast-paced unit offers strong nurse-to-patient ratios and is well-suited for nurses with Telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU, or other acute-care experience.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN License.
• BCLS.
• ACL.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized, evidencebased plans of care.

• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care as needed.
