Responsibilities

• Engage patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Promote safety culture and document accurately in the EHR.
• May float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development and age-appropriate care.
