Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in state(s) served.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Collaborate with care team and engage patients and families.
• Document accurately in EHR and maintain patient safety.
• Support float to other units as needed.
