Northeast Georgia Health System is hiring a registered nurse for 12-hour evening-to-morning shifts. The nurse will provide direct patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes growth, mentoring, and engagement with unit councils and shared governance, with support for new graduates and ongoing professional development. Georgia licensure is required.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience or equivalent on hire
• BSN preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a highly engaged partner on the care team and responds to team needs.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions across the continuum.
• Demonstrates the nursing process within the organization's professional care model to meet patient needs.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all team members including physicians and advanced practice providers; supports safety and quality.
