Job summary

Responsibilities

• Actively participates on Unit Council to improve NDNQI nursing indicators, RN Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Culture of Safety, and Patient Experience data
• Delivers direct, safe patient care as part of interdisciplinary team and coordinates care across shifts
• Leads and mentors in beginning bedside leadership role and seeks feedback for practice improvement
