Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a capable Registered Nurse for the Nursing - RN role, primarily on the 12-hour Evening/Morning shift. The RN will provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team and contribute to quality initiatives and patient experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia RN license with an Associate Degree and at least one year of experience; new graduates may enter the RN Residency Program.

Formación

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of RN experience; new graduates referred to RN Residency Program.
• National certification in clinical specialty preferred.
• Membership in a professional organization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates basic assessment skills and the five rights of medication administration.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and participates in discharge planning.
• Maintains a culture of safety and adheres to DNV standards and policies.
• Provides education to patients and families and supports shared governance initiatives.
