Job summary

Ideal candidates will have an RN license in Georgia, an ADN or diploma, and at least 2 years of RN experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on shifts to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Participate in unit leadership activities and quality improvement teams.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
