Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience or meets RN I performance expectations upon hire

Responsibilities

• Transformational Leadership and partnership on the care team.
• Apply nursing process to meet the clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve clinical practice and participate in shared governance.
• Mentor and support new graduates and peers to develop skills and knowledge.
