Job summary

Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, IA, seeks an experienced RN to deliver nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the nursing process, ensuring safety, quality and continuity of care. You will collaborate with therapies and the MCRHC Provider team to deliver multidisciplinary care.

This .9 FTE position works nights (7pm–7am) on weekends and holidays, with competitive pay that increases with experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited program in professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa.
• Experience: Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the nursing process, ensuring safety, quality and continuity of care.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and ancillary personnel; exercise independent judgment in directing others.
• Collaborate with the MCRHC Provider team to ensure optimal care; may float to ER and OTC as directed.
