Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department on a 13-week night shift assignment in a 13-bed ED with a staff of 40. This role requires current RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years in ER, plus ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications. Weekend night shifts may be required based on staffing needs.

The unit performs general ED procedures and emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and a friendly, adaptable personality to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• RN with emergency department experience and current license.
• Active ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience with ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 13-bed ED with 1:3 to 1:4 nurse:patient ratios.
• Participate in flexible staffing for day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with ED team to ensure efficient workflow and safe care.
• Assist with procedures and maintain calm, collaborative environment.
