Description:Locals within a 75-mile radius are accepted.Only one holiday can be permitted to request for time off.Shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, three times per week.Potential to accommodate block scheduling is available but not guaranteed.Travel partners are not allowed.The contractors will support patients waiting for inpatient care.If there are not enough boarders, floating to observation units may be required.COVID and flu vaccinations are mandatory, with exemptions permitted only for medical or religious reasons.Scrubs and apparel should not have any agency or brand logos.Scrubs must be navy blue.The unit supports adult patients primarily with TCU-level care.Additional interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.Contracted staff will serve in both the admissions/observation unit and the ED caring for boarding patients.The typical patient ratio is 5-6 patients per nurse.Skills required include managing ports, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, and various other technical nursing skills.Candidates must have strong experience in managing cardiac drips, dysrhythmias, and performing various patient care tasks associated with nursing for adult patients.
