Job summary
Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to oversee operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will coordinate with clinical and medical directors to develop program and fiscal plans for Emergency Services and drive quality improvements in the department.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or Health Care Administration, a Washington RN license, and progressively responsible management experience in acute
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred or required.
- Washington Registered Nurse License required for practice in the state.
Responsibilities
- Supports the operations and leadership of Emergency Services.
- Manages shift operations of the Emergency Department.
- Supervises designated trauma nurse coordinator.
- Partners with Clinical and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning.
- Collaborates to develop an integrated delivery system for Emergency Services and patient care plans.
