Qualifications

• ADN required.
• BSN required or in process within 3 years of hire.
• Washington RN license required.
• 3 years of emergency/trauma/critical care nursing experience.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
• RN with 20 years of experience not required to have BSN.
• 2 years supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor patient care services for the Emergency Department.
• Provide clinical oversight and quality improvement monitoring.
• Educate staff and monitor staff competency; supervise orientation as directed.
• Coordinate staffing needs and payroll edits.
• Conduct regular customer service rounds and other operational duties.
