Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 5 years relevant clinical experience.
• Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in Acute Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Emergency Services operations and shift coverage.
• Coordinate trauma nurse leadership and supervision as required.
• partner with Clinical and Medical Directors for program and fiscal planning.
• Collaborate to develop integrated delivery system for Emergency Services.
• Promote patient-focused, high-quality care and staff development.
