Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Manager Emergency Services to oversee resources, customer relations, and operational standards within the Emergency Department. In this role you will manage shift operations and supervise trauma coordination, partnering with Clinical and Medical Directors to plan programs and finances for Emergency Services.

You will collaborate on developing an integrated delivery system to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration (required).
• WA RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 5 years relevant clinical experience.
• Progressively responsible management experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource management, customer relations and operational standards.
• Manage shift operations of the Emergency Department and supervise trauma coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for Emergency Services.
