Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Manager Emergency Services to lead operations of the ED, ensure standards, and oversee trauma coordination.

You will partner with clinical and medical directors to plan programs and fiscal strategies, and drive integration across the emergency services to deliver patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• Washington RN license required on hire.
• 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Progressively responsible management experience in Acute Care.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and leadership of Emergency Services.
• Manage shift operations of the Emergency Department.
• Coordinate trauma nursing activities or supervise coordinator.
• Partner with Clinical and Medical Directors for program and fiscal planning.
• Collaborate to develop integrated delivery system for Emergency Services.
