Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Progressively responsible management experience in an Acute Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and leadership of the PRMCE Emergency Services.
• Manage shift operations of the Emergency Department and supervise designated trauma nurse coordinator.
• Partner with Clinical and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for Emergency Services.
• Collaborate to develop an integrated delivery system for Emergency Services and seamless patient care plans.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration

Washington Registered Nurse License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

5 years relevant clinical experience

Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in Acute Care setting
