Qualifications

• RN coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers.
• Uses established nursing models to support patient outcomes and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess after intervention.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record promptly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests to provide exceptional care.
• Educate patients/families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
• Teach lifestyle changes and self-management to patients and caregivers.
