MultiCare Health System in Covington, WA is seeking a staff RN for the Emergency Department. You will apply specialized training to deliver high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, using established protocols and the nursing process to prioritize and evaluate patient care.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, valid WA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and ED experience; new grads may apply to residency.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Active RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications may be required.
• One year of ED or acute care experience preferred.
• New graduates may apply to Residency or Fellowship opportunities.

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
